BBC Scotland News is seeking a Broadcast Journalist to join its expanding mobile and online team to cover the Scottish Parliament, its debates and committees, through the BBC's unmatched live page service Holyrood Live.

The service forms part of the BBC's Parliaments Live website as a window on the major political institutions of the UK. It provides live video, text and social media coverage from Westminster, the Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly, Northern Ireland Assembly and European Parliament. Parliaments Live is firmly underpinned by the public purposes in the BBC Charter, including sustaining citizenship and civil society and representing the UK, its nations, regions and communities.

The Scottish Parliament section is run by a small team working within BBC Scotland’s political unit based in Edinburgh.
