Location: London Start Date: January / February 2018 Contract: Permanent

A busy video content agency who work with some of the most influential brands in the world are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team. This is an integral role within the company, reporting to the Managing Director and Strategy Director, and overseeing operations, HR and finance, with a great focus on workflows and team culture.

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company and teams are running as smoothly as possible to the correct processes and procedures, whilst continually creating and implementing improved ways of working. In addition to operations, HR and finance, they will oversee internal company communications and facilities and line manage the Production Manager, Team Assistant and freelance Producers.

The ideal candidate will be excited about a leadership role within a small but growing agency. They will have previously worked as an Operations Manager, General Manager, Production Manager or Project Manager in the creative and media industries. Experience with the following software is desirable but not essential – Asana, Harvest, Slack and G Suite.
