TV Studio Lecturer

c. £30,000 pro rata per annum 18.5 hours pwk x 52 wkpa 2.5 days per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and well motivated Multicamera TV Studio lecturer to join our Media & Creative Arts (MCA) team.

MCA has around 500 students and delivers courses from GCSE level to full Hons Degree level. You will have a relevant degree and must have worked in a TV Studio in a technical role. You will have specialist knowledge in one TV Studio Gallery or Floor role and an overview of the other roles such that you could guide students through a live TV Project.

Teaching experience would be an advantage but training will be offered to the right candidate. You will need a flexible approach with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as you may be asked to teach at any level.
