We have an exciting opportunity for a national-standard newsreader and broadcast journalist.

You must have a great voice, a passion for news, the ability to convey stories in a conversational yet authoritative manner and have a minimum of two years professional on-air experience of producing bulletins.

You will be compiling and presenting the news for stations such as Heat Radio, KISS, Planet Rock, Kerrang! and our new national station Hits Radio, so your broadcasting style should be able to fit seamlessly into these stations.

Excellent legal knowledge of broadcast law is essential as is an ability to operate in high pressured situations, making swift and sound decisions.

This role is based in Manchester.
