LONDON MEDIA DIRECTOR
We have a fantastic opening for a Media Director (London) to join the RadioWorks Group, based in Fitzrovia.
The role The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and delivering outstanding commercial performance from the London media team. Key to the success of this exciting leadership role, will be your ability to manage, inspire, develop and motivate your team, ensuring they perform to a high standard, are engaged and enjoy their work and environment.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will be expected to offer strategic direction and advice and work collaboratively with the other leaders across the business to implement key initiatives for the good and growth of the Group.
Leveraging your pre-existing connections throughout the industry will be helpful in creating new opportunities for the business, while you also focus on building and strengthening current RadioWorks London relationships.
Finally you will live and breathe exceptional customer service and work to ensure that both you and your team demonstrate indispensable value to our core customers and the team working inside the business.
The ideal candidate First and foremost, you have bags of leadership qualities and gravitas, with a track record of working inside, managing and developing commercial teams.
You have a genuine passion for the radio and digital audio market, with extensive experience in media sales.
Your fantastic interpersonal and relationship building skills will be seen through your ‘black book’ of industry connections. You are an adaptable problem solver, who’s not afraid of the fast paced, ever changing industry we work in – in fact, you embrace it.
You have a high work ethic, an ability to think strategically and are self-motivating and self-managing. Lastly but by no means least, you love working in a team environment, can handle pressure….and love to have fun.
