Right now we have an exciting opportunity to lead the content team in Leeds.

2016 promises to be one of the most exciting in Radio Aire’s history.

The station is undergoing a significant development programme that includes the introduction of Arqiva nominated breakfast show ‘Stu and Kelly’ in September. We’ve brought in one of Australian radio’s most successful content leaders in Chris Cotton as Regional Content Director - and now we’re looking for an experienced and talented, Content Director to lead the Radio Aire team to success.

Based in Leeds and reporting to the regional content director, your focus will be to inspire the Radio Aire team to peak performance every day. You’ll be highly creative with considerable talent management skills and the experience to deliver outstanding content, link after link.

This is not a role for an implementer; this role requires hands on leadership and considerable programming skill to help Radio Aire win back the number 1 position in Leeds.

The successful candidate for Leeds will be able to demonstrate a robust track record of delivering the right results in RAJAR.
