Mood Media is a global multi-media company with offices in over 30 countries. Based in Shoreditch, East London EC2A, the UK office works primarily with retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Sainsburys, H&M, The Co-operative and many more.

We are currently recruiting for a Creative Producer, responsible for writing and producing audio solutions for a variety of clients and applications, including radio and TV commercials, instore and on-line adverts, audio to visual sync, on-hold messaging and more.

About you:

You are a creative “all-rounder” possessing a range of super-sharp skills, but mainly you demonstrate natural flair as a talented copywriter and audio producer, have a proven track record in a similar role and an extensive portfolio of work to showcase.

You can brainstorm and execute great ideas on your own, bring insight to the team and offer inspiration to your clients. You are as comfortable writing an award winning script, as you are casting, recording and mixing the final audio itself. Sounds like you? Great, get in touch!

Main roles and responsibilities:

  • Generate a wealth of creative ideas and inspiration for existing and prospective clients
  • Write and produce campaigns covering instore, online, TV and radio
  • Cast, direct and manage voiceover sessions
  • Manage production spend and VO budget for Mood UK clients, including brands such as Marks & Spencer, Sainsburys, Thomson, The Co-operative, Homebase, New Look, Arcadia, TK Maxx and many more.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, sales and creative teams

The successful candidate MUST have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a radio producer, creative production or creative copywriting role
  • A strong portfolio of creative ideas for a variety of clients
  • Confidence in writing effective audio solutions for a range of customers
  • Creative thinking and the capability to communicate and implement their ideas effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of marketing trends, demographics and market sectors
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail

The successful candidate will preferably have:

  • Broad knowledge of digital recording systems and recording techniques.
  • Experience casting and directing voiceover talent
  • Good technical ability using a DAW i.e. Adobe Audition, Pro Tools etc

The successful candidate will be offered a 3 month probationary contract, moving to full time with benefits following a successful 3 month review.
