What it’s all about… 

Being a Media Executive is all about supporting the sales process through planning, reporting, insight and creating presentations. 

Our Media Executives are at the heart of everything in the sales team, with a great understanding of our products and brands. They are the go-to people, making sure that we deliver on our customer campaigns.  

What you’ll be doing…

  • You’ll work with the team to create cutting-edge multi-platform solutions for our clients.
  • You’ll support the team to deliver against targets, KPI’s and the Salesgear process.by:
  • Researching and communicating market trends,Sourcing leads and new business opportunities.
  • Participating in the idea-generating sessions, drawing on your brand and product knowledge as part of the Creative Partnership Team.
  • Generating any relevant insight related to the brief using TGI, Ad Dynamix, Rajar, etc. 
  • Through this analysis, you will generate the most compelling insights for the Account Manager to share with the client.
  • Create or select the products through g:Plan in response to the customer brief, recommending the right range of brands and locations creating upsell opportunities for your Account Managers. 
  • Build engaging and powerful presentations, in collaboration with the Creative Partnership Team and participate in rehearsals and feedback.
  • Using g:nie you will make sure that we offer the right price to the customer and ensure the discount notebook is accurate and up-to-date. 
  • You’ll be a key point of contact for customer service and will support your Account Management team while they are out of the office. 
  • You’ll be the go-to person for revenue management, scheduling and credit control and will communicate any inventory pressures to the team.
  • Where required you will generate reports, ensuring Salesforce is up to date and monitor forecast.

  • Thorough in your approach – you have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Tech savvy, with a good level of skill in Salesforce.com, g:Plan, Keynote, Excel, Word, iMovie and g:nie. 
  • Self-motivated – always hungry for more.
