We’re on the hunt for a super hero to join our team! We have a fantastic entry level opportunity for an Office Admin Assistant to join our dynamic, award winning audio and radio advertising agency based in London’s exciting Fitzrovia.

You will assist the HR & Office Manager with all administration requirements which will ensure the smooth running of our London office and a positive, memorable experience for our staff, clients and other important people in our world.

No two days will be the same: As first point of contact on the phones and greeting guests at reception, you will be charged with getting to know our clients and representing the business to the highest standards. You will be required to make cups of tea for guests through to ordering office supplies for the business. You will assist with setting up meetings and executing events, update databases, assist with the creation of presentations, ensure the office always looks great and support the Office Manager and Senior Leadership team with adhoc projects.

This is a great role to learn new skills and get your first step into the world of radio advertising or a career as an office manager or PA/executive assistant.

Key to this role will be a can do positive attitude, outstanding initiative and enthusiasm, some experience in your back pocket, confident, friendly and outgoing personality, proven track record of being reliable and an immense desire to learn and develop.
