We’re on the hunt for a brilliant Office Manager with HR capabilities to join our dynamic, creative, fun and hard-working team, based in Fitzrovia, London.

Reporting into the Managing Director, this a crucial role sitting at the heart of our business. You will be responsible for the overall smooth running of the London office (around 35 staff), supporting the senior leadership team with diary management and the HR / staff engagement requirements for the RadioWorks Group including our recruitment and staff development programme.

You will manage and motivate our Administration Assistant to deliver their role to the highest standards and assist you as required.

Key to this role will be a super friendly and confident ‘can do’ personality, an absolute passion for working in and supporting a team to deliver their best, a desire to contribute to building a great culture along with a love of owning your own projects and demonstrating immense initiative.

Ideally, you will have worked in a media, advertising or creative company previously. This would be a bonus to us but not essential!

Desired skills:

  • Minimum 5 years Office Management experience
  • PA experience
  • A medium level of HR experience within previous OM roles
  • Experience with Linked in Recruiter
  • Brilliant listener and communicator
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft office software
  • Can demonstrate attention to detail, confidentiality and initiative
