Red Apple Creative is a creative-production house specialising in multi-platform campaigns for radio, Spotify and digital platforms.

Radio Results is a specialist radio and online audio media agency. We take a multi-platform approach which includes traditional airtime, bespoke sponsorship and promotions and digital.

We’ve seen significant growth as a company in the last few years and it’s an exciting time to join us. We firmly believe that the people in our company are our strongest asset and we’re proud to have a brilliant team who amaze us every day. We boast a high staff retention rate and have doubled in size in the last two years.

We have big ambitions for the future so we’re looking for an equally ambitious individual to join us on the journey as a PA & Reception Manager.

The Role

This is a split role between PA to the three Company Directors and Reception Managers detailed below:

PA

At the present time the company is experiencing exciting growth. You’ll be expected to facilitate this growth by working alongside the three company Directors.

You’ll organise their time, meetings and schedules, respond to emails and calls. You’ll be their right hand person and be on hand to make sure their time is used most effectively. We have a lot of internal projects that need developing either by providing supporting research and insight or full on project management and coordination to get them over the line.

Reception Manager

You will be responsible for answering phones, welcoming clients into the building, overseeing the day to day management of the office, purchasing office items and supporting internal teams.

As part of our team you can expect a challenge and an opportunity. A challenge because there’s pressure to maintain our high standards and expectations as the company expands. An opportunity for the same reason, we need strong characters, driven and ambitious team players who want to make this role their own as the company grows.

The Person

We’re looking for a superstar.

Everyone in our company is amazing at what they do, so we’ve come to expect the best.

You’ll be incredibly organised as you’ll have to manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings, take minutes and follow ups. Your attention to detail will be first class and you’ll have a clear understanding about what is happening in the business all the time.

You’re a fast working, efficient multi-tasker. We’re a busy company with a lot of exciting opportunities that need attention, so you’ll be comfortable about working on several projects at the same time.

You’ll already be successful in a similar role having worked in the media industry for at least one year. You’re a real people person. You’ll be a confident and comfortable speaking to people on the phone or meeting them in person.

You do what it takes to get the job done as sometimes a big project might need an early start or a late finish. What’s more you’ll do this with a smile, because you’re a happy, fun and outgoing individual.
