Minster FM is a great place to work, based in York and part of the UKRD group, we’re committed to local radio and we need someone to help strengthen the content we produce.

You’ll be producing content for use in our programmes, arranging interviews, producing audio, ensuring commercials make it to air the next day and you’ll be presenting your own live programme. If you’re looking for your big break or a return to the industry then this could be perfect for you. Although this is a part time role you’ll be treated like any other member of the team and you’ll receive all the same training opportunities and staff benefits as everyone else at UKRD. You’ll work 20 hours a week, 4-8pm but there may be opportunities for cover work at other times.

You’ll need to be organised, able to prioritise your workload and you’ll need to be great on the wireless too, ideally you’ll be familiar with Master Control and Adobe Audition but full training will be given if you’re used to different systems.
