Hallam FM has historically been one of most successful local commercial stations in the Bauer Media group. It is now at a stage where significant growth can be achieved through a new reengineered and motivated sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record of running a successful team to lead that process. This is a unique and rare opportunity to lead a Bauer radio sales team.

As Sales Director you'll be results driven with strong leadership and coaching skills. You'll drive revenue growth by motivating and inspiring your team to achieve targets consistently and champion the creative led sell. You'll be a skilled negotiator and strategic thinker with a keen eye for new business and developing new and non-traditional revenue streams. You will also have a list of major client relationships to manage directly.
