As the Sales Executive your role is to be an ambassador for the business, striving to achieve our core values to provide the most comprehensive and quality service to clients within the corporate markets.

Understand the target markets and identify opportunistic growth areas, using a strategic approach to business development. Be seen as a shining star in our Merseyside based Media Centre - taking the time to understand each process, department and fully integrate into a very close and value driven culture. Have the customer's needs and values at the heart of every decision made in the sales process. Pro-actively develop new business opportunities with the passion and motivation to grow revenue whilst also managing relationships with existing stakeholders. Use a consultative and comprehensive sales process to fully align the business with your clients to ensure all capabilities and opportunities to add value are being applied. Successful achieve monthly sales targets.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Development Executive will be an outgoing, confident and driven individual with a proven track record of new business development.

You will have:

The motivation to deliver the highest service and quality, taking time to fully understand your clients' needs and requirements rather than purely a monetary focus. A demonstrable track record of delivering return on investment. An understanding of Community and Corporate markets, able to effectively network and negotiate with senior decision makers within large and small organisations. A passion for quality, able to build relationships based upon trust and understanding.
