What the job entails:

As Sales/Station Co-ordinator and Credit Controller you will support the sales team on a day to day basis as well as being the first point of contact for general client and account queries. You will generate client plans and proposals, book commercial campaigns, assist with the administration of the CRM database and update the sales figures on a daily basis.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that clients have been set up correctly and fully credit checked where appropriate, all invoicing information is correct, chase purchase orders, post/allocate cash receipts, raise pro-forma invoices and collect campaign pre-payments. You will also set up new direct debit mandates and review existing one and inform Account Managers as and when clients need chasing for bad debt.

Finally, you will be there to support the Head of Sales Support.

What are we looking for?

You must have a creative disposition, possess excellent communication skills, and have an ability to keep a cool head in a hectic commercial environment. Confidence with multi-tasking and deadline management are also desirable.
