Reporting to: Sales Director

Location: Solent, South West and Thames Valley

Overall Purpose: To sell advertising to clients in a professional manner

Duties:

  • Source, identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow revenue from Key accounts.
  • Manage all aspects of customer relationships to retain and develop their business.
  • Deliver advertising value and results to earn customer loyalty by matching sales to customer needs and selling effective campaigns.
  • Visit new and existing customers as necessary to develop long-term relationships and drive client retention.
  • Report and forecast revenue from identified client base.
  • Gather information and research for existing and potential clients.

Key Working Relationships:

  • Clients
  • Sales Director
  • Regional Managing Director
  • Traffic team
  • Programming team

Key Expectations:

  • Achieve revenue targets on a monthly basis, generating revenue from new and existing clients.
  • Deliver thorough, professional, high quality customer service.
  • Build and maintain client list.
  • Minimum of 10 client calls a week.
  • Be aware of competitors and complete effectively against them.
  • To consistently update local knowledge to create opportunities.
  • Adhere to Celador Sales principles, practices and processes.

  • Ability to measure progress and achievements against set objectives.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise.
