Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and PA support for the Station Director and Management Team
  • Event management support
  • Management of corporate hospitality arrangements and budget

Finance responsibilities

  • PO system / company credit card / petty cash
  • Coordination of Health and Safety for station
  • Office / Building Management
  • Management of reception team
  • Organise station social functions
  • HR support

Requirements:
