Traffic and Travel Broadcaster (Part Time)

A part-time other job at INRIX Media in London
Posted 20 November 2018, 5.50am est

Traffic and Travel Broadcaster

You would be responsible for providing travel bulletins for our radio clients and assisting our editors in collating traffic and travel information to update our custom database. The ability to present articulately and confidently is a must, whilst an excellent knowledge of roads across the South East would be an advantage. We are looking for broadcasters who can cope with the demands of creating consistently excellent bulletins for some of the most successful radio stations in the country.

You may be in the radio industry already and looking for a change of scenery, or perhaps a new challenge in a different environment. Alternatively, you may have broadcast experience in student, hospital or community radio, and want to take the next step into becoming a professional broadcaster.

Our employees range from university graduates to seasoned radio professionals and many combine working for us with other roles within the radio or other industries. There are very few places where you can be broadcasting to London one minute and Northampton the next, and because of the nature of our work, no two days are the same! As well as the media, our traffic data is supplied to websites, sat navs and smart phone apps.

INRIX is an internationally successful company and provides its employees with resources that are second to none. One thing you will immediately notice is that we are a close-knit team and work in a professional, yet friendly environment.
