Posted 27 March 2017, 3.32am edt

This job is not paid

Have you ever thought “playing music on the radio – that sounds fun!” or “I wonder how a radio station works?”

Or maybe being behind the microphone isn’t for you, but you could help us as a ward visitor, meeting patients and collecting requests?

Radio Marsden has been broadcasting to the patients, staff and visitors of the Royal Marsden Hospitals at Sutton and Chelsea for almost 50 years and we’re currently looking for new volunteers to join our team. Keeping the station running requires lots of work and great teamwork. Activities include ward visiting, request collecting, fundraising activities, along with presenting and producing shows. Whatever you’re interested in, or even if you’re not sure, why not get in touch and have a chat with us?

This job closed on 24 April, 2017 so we’re afraid you can no longer apply for this role.
