Your mission

To provide the highest quality recordings on both live and voice-tracked shows across the schedule on XS Manchester.

Working with our Programme Controller, you will present in the style and timbre of our station Create and deliver high quality, engaging content for our listeners Flexibility to attend station events Your Experience

You will need to be smart, bold and engaging and be able to display our company values in the work you do; Bravery, Integrity and Passion. You should be as passionate about working in radio as we are and have extensive broadcasting experience.

You’ll be an experienced, self-motivated and confident broadcaster with a passion and expert knowledge of classic and current rock Are you skilled in working with studio equipment, playout systems and recording devices? You’ll have to be! Do you have good knowledge of the local rock scene and keep up to date with up and coming bands from the region? That’s a must! You’ll have an excellent understanding of the XS brand and audience You’ll need to be able to embrace change and be innovative in delivering great new ideas to enhance our station to be the best it possibly can be Your Package

This role is being offered on a freelance basis. Competitive hourly rate Your Location

You will be based at XS Manchester in the heart of Manchester City centre.
