Australian ABC adds more local radio streams

The Australian ABC has added a further seven online radio streams for their radio stations.

Streaming is now available for the following seven locations: VIC: Ballarat, Bendigo, Warrnambool, Horsham and Mildura; and NSW: Port Macquarie and Broken Hill.

These seven new regional radio streams are in addition to the existing 16 streams emanating from ABC stations based in Gold Coast, Newcastle, Alice Springs, Karratha, Kalgoorlie, Launceston, Broome, Longreach, Bunbury, Mt Isa, Cairns, Port Pirie, Dubbo, Sale, Toowoomba and Wodonga.

The ABC streams via the local radio station websites and on the ABC Radio app.

The ABC say that they will continue to add streams for the remaining stations as funding becomes available.
