Written by Kirkus Prize-nominated author J. M. Donellan and featuring a cast including Melanie Zanetti (The Family Law, Tracks); Jessica McGaw (He Died With A Falafel In His Hand, Through the Looking Glass); and Tom Yaxley (Grin and Tonic Theatre); Six Cold Feet is a fiction podcast series unlike any other.
Season one tells the story of River, who is looking for his recently disappeared sister. He attempts to enlist the help of his fellow townspeople, but we soon learn that they have given up hope, that the town in which they live is rather unusual, and that River has plenty of problems of his own…
Set in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Six Cold Feet is told as a series of found audio recordings, with each episode taking the listener inside the strange and secretive town of Ullara and the surrounding countryside. This series will leave you pondering long after the final episode sings through your speakers.
- The podcast is made in Brisbane, Australia, and is sponsored by thriller publisher Poisoned Pen Press. It's available on its own website, as well as "all the usual places".
