Account Manager – Signal 1 and Signal 2, Staffordshire and Cheshire

Signal 1 and 2 are part of UTV Media (GB) one of the largest radio groups in the UK, with market leading local stations in England and Wales. We also own the national station talkSPORT and UK's leading sports magazine, Sport, as well as being a leading operator of DAB digital radio multiplexes throughout Great Britain.

Impressive aren't we? And right now we are recruiting for an Account Manager just as impressive as we are!

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media sales. In fact your track record will be legendary, monumental, so much so that people in remote villages across the world tell their children tales about your amazing field sales adventures. No pressure then.

Yes, you will be expected to hit your targets, but you will only achieve this by being customer focused. You see, we have built our success on creating radio campaigns that deliver results for our clients; results that make our customers happy.

In fact, if you see someone in Staffordshire with a big, cheesy grin on their face, chances are, they are a Signal 1 and 2 client, very happy with their latest radio advertising campaign!.

As well as sales skills, we are looking for individuals who will harness all the exciting elements a radio station can offer a client in order to achieve both success for the customer and the station.

You will be joining a high flying sales team who regularly hit their targets. They have probably just hit another target while you have been reading this!
