PEAK FM EVENTS TEAM – Casual work, Chesterfield

We are looking for outstanding people to get out and about across North Derbyshire taking our shiny new promo cars to events, shows and festivals to meet the audience! Your voice will be on air, your face will be in our video and photo galleries and you will quickly get known across the region.

Peak FM is in a beautiful part of the world with the Derbyshire Dales, Matlock Bath and Chatsworth House on our doorstep. You will get to know the towns and the people well, spend time in the open air and no two days will be the same.

Plus if you want to get into a media career this could be a great first step as you will be taking part in our Breakfast Show, working with experienced presenters and getting regular coaching to improve your on-air and social media skills.

What do we need from you?

A full driving licence is a must as you will be visiting all the corners of our broadcast area. You will need an outgoing, lively personality and be willing to speak live on the radio sometimes. You are the type of person that is organised, good with social media and REALLY good at chatting with people in person.

No previous experience in broadcasting is required but you will need to demonstrate commitment and be a great team player with initiative. You will need to be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
